October was a fantastic month for Ryan’s Lobster Pound, packed with events and experiences that brought the taste of Maine lobster to the heart of Florida! We had the pleasure of serving up our beloved Maine lobster rolls, chowders, and more at a range of venues, from family-friendly fall festivals to bustling corporate gatherings. Community Favorites and Fall Festivities 🍂
The season kicked off strong with our appearance at Conners Corn Maze in Hilliard, a perfect fall festival where we served hundreds of guests enjoying autumn activities with friends and family. Not far behind was Trunk or Treat Fleming Island, where we joined the community in celebrating Halloween with lobster treats for all ages—our first time participating in a Halloween-themed event, and it was a blast!
From Local Brews to Corporate Feasts 🍻🏢
October saw Ryan’s Lobster Pound at the well-loved Mayport Brewing Company, where lobster rolls paired beautifully with local brews. We also had the pleasure of bringing fresh Maine flavors to employees at Ascension St. Vincent’s Southside Hospital and JEA Headquarters in Jacksonville. It’s always a joy to add a little taste of New England to the workday for the amazing folks in our community.
Welcoming New Neighbors at Residential Events 🏘️
We love supporting residential communities! This month, we were at the Luxor Club, Pinnacle Apartments, and Batram Creek, where we met residents, families, and new friends. It’s always a pleasure seeing smiles from the first bite to the last, and the welcoming atmosphere in each of these communities makes us feel like part of the family.

Each event we catered helped bring Maine’s coastal flavors to people who may not yet have experienced the best of Maine lobster. Our team had an incredible time meeting new faces, serving fresh dishes, and making lasting memories along the way.
